BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7000 block of Shallowford Road, being off the southwest line of Shallowford Road southeast of Center Street. Lot 2, Collis Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 39, page 267, ROHC, and part of lots 11 and 12, block B, J.N. McCutcheon Farm Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 10, ROHC; being all of the property described as Tract 2, and part of the property described as Tract 1, in deed book 3492, page 911, ROHC. To find the true point of beginning of the tract formed by said lot and parts of lots, start on the southwest line of Shallowford Road some 638.73 ft. southease of the intersection of the southwest line of Shallowford Road with the southeast line of Center Street (unopened), thence southwest some 137.15 feet to the northeast corner of lot 2, said Collis Subdivision, the true point of beginning, thence continuing southwest 475.17 feet with the southeast line of said lot 2, and said line extended thence northwest 350 feet, thence northeast 280 feet to the southwest line of lot 1, George L. Mathis Subdivision of Part of Block B, J.N. McCutcheon Farm, as shown by plat of record in plat book 41, page 276, ROHC, thence southeast some 228.98 feet with the southwest line of lot 1, said Mathis Subdivision, to the southeast corner thereof, thence northeast 48.09 feet with the southeast line of said lot 1 to the southwest corner of lot 1, said Collis Subdivision, thence southeast 96.02 feet with the southwest line of lot 1, Collis Subdivision to the southeast corner thereof, thence northeast 154.8 feet with the southeast line of said lot 1 to the northwest corner of lot 2, said Collis Subdivision, thence southeast 25 feet with the northeast line of said lot 2 to the northeast corner thereof, the true point of beginning.
